**Role Description**
The Operations Finance Lead Reporting and Controls will have overall responsibility for financial controls/SOX compliance and financial reporting across the Noon and Spurway sites. There is significant opportunity to improve operational performance and profitability with additional financial insights. The purpose of this role is to embed improved processes and controls in order to ensure that operational reporting is timely, accurate, insightful and actionable.

You will be a member of the senior leadership team delivering on strategic operational, financial support and leadership across the Sites through empowering finance and operations teams to deliver business performance and growth targets.

Coordination of the month end process for Noon and Spurway. Taking ownership for month end delivery within the agreed timetable.

Adopt a continuous improvement mindset whereby the efficient production and relevance of reporting is constantly reviewed.

Responsibility for the identification of best practice process controls and their implementation within the SAP and Innova system platforms.

Taking a lead role in target setting and performance management to translate the business priorities into performance goals and growth plans at sites.

Partnering with business leaders to identify and recommend opportunities to maximise profitability and seek out game changing ideas, inspire bigger picture stretched thinking.

Delivery of performance metrics, identifying variances and understanding opportunities and risks. Stay close to performance and follow regularly to track progress.

Strategy and deployment - provide key insights and influence on operational priorities. Develop a plan for continuous improvement - ways of working, controls and reporting.

Prioritise, manage, allocate and reallocate resources across key projects and key areas of business priority. Implement best practices through effective collaboration and change management techniques.

Insight and analysis - provide financial insight and analysis on business performance. Develop and embed standard analysis processes. Challenge themselves and others in an informed way to reduce costs and grow margin. Bring clarity and rigour to data, capture and incorporate the best insight to help generate workable solutions.

**Skills and Experience**

You will have strong relationship management skills for developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholders and have the drive and determination to achieve results through people and deliver on deadlines.
