Work with a range of people across the business to design, deliver and embed the best approach in Inclusion, Wellbeing and Community.

Core Responsibilities*

Work with the Internal Communications and Engagement Lead to create, deliver, and implement an inclusion, wellbeing, and community strategy for the tombola group
- Champion and drive the strategy, embedding what we have, whilst exploring new initiatives and programmes that empower our people and leaders to keep the conversation alive on I,W&C.
- Plan and deliver a calendar of I,W&C campaigns, and initiatives, tailoring the strategy to different challenges and opportunities
- Build relationships and be a key support/ advisor on wellbeing to all stakeholders including the Wellbeing Advocates group, People team and HRBPs, senior leaders and SMT.
- Facilitate the Wellbeing Advocates group to communicate and discuss ideas, feedback and initiatives for a range of topics on wellbeing across the group
- Use feedback channels to get insight and help improve new ideas, finding the key areas to work on and the key priorities.
- Research, source and build relationships with external partners and providers to offer the best resources and services
- Use data to inform decisions by creating metrics and clear outcomes that help measure progress, and being able to present information and trends to a range of audiences on I,W&C, feedback, and engagement
- Be an advocate for I,W&C externally, understanding key trends and building and managing tombola’s external network, community relationships and profile
- This role will give you the opportunity to work on and influence all Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing work collaborating with Group Inclusion, Community and Wellbeing Teams.

- Demonstrate a passion for mental health and wellbeing through previous work experience
- Good understanding of Wellbeing in the workplace
- Ability to approach Inclusion and community for business growth
- Confident in working with people across all levels of the business
- Comfortable dealing with external providers and managing relationships
- Presentation skills
- Must be highly motivated and proactive
- Good time management skills and be able to multi-task
- Must have integrity and work in a confidential manner
- Excellent communication skills both in a Team environment and independently
- Willingness to seek feedback and open to adapting
