The Company:
Our client is the UK's leading provider of support services to the legal sector with more than 800 people based in 45 client sites. They provide quality of support delivered to partners and fee-earners.
The Job:
On behalf of our client we are delighted to be assisting our client with a Document Administrator. This role is based in central Bristol
The main duties of this role will include:
Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, faxes, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources, in house style
Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets and graphs
Effectively using the workflow system to prioritise and deal with incoming and outgoing work
Proof reading and checking documents that have been produced to ensure they are correct, in line with house style and, where applicable, attachments have been included
Effectively managing workloads to ensure all deadlines are met and clients advised of progress;
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who is IT savvy and has great attention to detail. this is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional services support role - in a great team environment.
The Benefits:
Pension, 20 days holiday plus 1 extra day for each years' service, death in service
The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 12noon
- 8pm
