An opportunity has presented itself for a financial services Administrator to join a highly-reputable financial planning practice in Bristol

As well as supporting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with tasks, you will be required to provide a high level of service to the firm's existing and new clients.

Previous financial services experience is preferred, but if you posses the right attitude and a willingness to learn this could be a great way to make a start in a career within Financial Planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact clients to capture relevant current information.
- Liaising with the paraplanners & advisers to ensure they have the documentation needed to assist clients.
- Liaise with other members of the team to resolve problems.
- Create short reports from standard documentation using word processing skills.
- Arrange meetings / book appointments.
- Update and maintain the firm’s records / registers, as required.
