We are working with a national Financial Planning organisation in the centre of Bristol to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Administrator.

The client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who can complement the existing team and help with the busy workload. In this position you will provide full administrative support to a team of successful Financial Planners, Paraplanners and will work closely with the companies' clients.

**This is a remote role - you will be required to come into the Bristol office once a fortnight or once a month to meet with the team.**

**Duties include**:

- Processing new business
- Liaise with product providers and third parties
- Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations
- Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system
- Assist with the onboarding process of new clients

You should have:

- Previous experience within a Financial Planning Administration position
- Ideally you will have started your RO exams
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail
