Looking to progress your HR career in a new role with an immediate start?

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Human Resources Advisor on a temporary, full-time basis. This role is offering hybrid-working, located in the County of Denbighshire, North Wales

**Salary**: Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on HR experience)

**The Role**:

- Provide relevant and appropriate Human Resources advise and support to Managers and Employees
- Advise Managers on the processes for disciplinaries and grievances if such situations occur
- Produce reports for the management team on Human Resources statistics and analytics
- Assist in the development of training programmes and subsequent delivery to a variety of internal departments
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and employment law
- Monitor planned staff leave and absences, making arrangements for cover when needed
- Experience within a previous Human Resources role
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislations
- A relevant HR qualification such as CIPD is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency with IT and database systems

**Details and Benefits**:
