IFA Administration assistant required for our leading Colchester-based client work within their IFA team. We are seeing an IFA Administration Assistant who is a team player, highly organised, possesses excellent attention to detail and can work in a fast-pacedenvironment. As IFA Administration Assistant you will have strong typing and communication skills in order to provide secretarial and administration support to contribute towards the smooth and efficient running of the IFA department.
**The Role**
- Create high quality typed work with accuracy and at a high speed; format in accordance with house style.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the team (to include producing documents, letters, filing and scanning)
- Audio typing
- Organise daily routine to ensure correspondence, documents and instructions dictated or given by Financial Planning Managers and Financial Planners are completed accurately and on time
- Dealing with telephone calls from both clients and product providers
- Database management
- Dealing with post, internal and external, distribute and action as instructed
