**The Company**

Green Frog Connect is at the forefront of the energy transition to a zero-carbon electricity grid.

The company is experiencing a high level of growth which we expect to continue for the foreseeable future as large scale, carbon-intensive power plants continue to be de-commissioned and high volumes of renewable and energy storage projects are brought online.

**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to join our team at this exciting time to grow and prosper within the company.

Reporting directly to the business support manager, the administrator will play a key role in supporting the business across multiple projects and a variety of business support systems.

The role will be Based in Weston - Super - Mare, BS24 8EE. **The job will ideally be full time, however it may be possible to adjust this to suit a part time worker.**

**Main Duties**
- Assist with the creation and renewing NERS Lloyds Passports
- Request, update and upload employee and subcontractor competencies
- Book training courses and log staff training
- Update weekly whereabouts
- Book meeting rooms, hotels and travel as required
- Create, format and host forms and documents
- Updating contact lists for all Green Frog Employees and contractors
- Purchasing stationery and office equipment
- Answering the phone
- Liaising with contractors, project managers, site managers and all Green Frog Connect Staff
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning and organizing post project completion files as required
- Any other adhoc tasks and projects as required

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**

**An understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental and/or Quality Management systems would be desirable.**
- A qualification in Business Administration or relevant administration skills
- Have strong ICT skills and able to work on their own initiative.
- Flexible and able to prioritise.
