**_The role _**

As the **After Sales Administrator ,** your role will involve the following important duties:

- Operates office equipment, prepares photocopies, and sending and receiving faxes.
- Filing and retrieval of documents and maintaining an effective filing system.
- Control over processes and procedures related to warranties and new service agreements.
- Administers process for providing engineering employees with clothing and safety equipment.
- Responds promptly to internal and external customers, knowing who to approach for additional support and assistance.

**_The experience required _**

As a successful **After Sales Administrator ,** you will have the following:

- Experience in a similar role previously.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with ability to pick up new systems quickly.
