**About the role**
Pay Details: £24,702 - £26,421
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Main Place of Work: Civic Office/ Home working
Temporary Reason: n/a permanent
Description:
To enhance positive and pro-active relationships with existing and prospective private
landlord partners and letting agents to maintain and increase supply of Private Rented
housing available to the Council. To help develop new partnerships to promote and
increase the supply of properties and options available to Council clients. To help
maintain a register of suitable temporary accommodation available to the Council to use
as emergency housing.
**About you**
You will need:
- Experience of working the private rented or social housing sector.
- Experience of tenancy and property management.
- Experience of Property management and inspection
- Experience of working with people in a customer focussed environment
- Working within a pressurised environment
- Experience of record keeping and office systems
- Experience of working with vulnerable clients
