Paying £16-19 p/h depending on experience
My client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work with the Director to ensure the facilities and culture of the company are both a positive experience for their staff.
The position will involve
- Take a lead on H&S, conducting inductions, liaising with the first aider's & fire wardens, and overseeing compliance
- Assists with the office moves/department re-locations
- Liaises with HR and Facilities team to follow the processes in place for on/off-boarding employees
- Helping to create and maintain a network with global office coordinators and admins, ensuring all offices feel supported and involved.
- Working closely with the EA to the CEO and assisting with VIP guests.
- Deliver essential services, post and couriers, reprographics all efficiently and cost effective.
- Hospitality for special guests, making sure they receive the Advanz Experience. Ensuring they sign in correctly, are aware of the facilities available, from coffee to Wi-Fi.
- Financial support for the Facilities function with raising purchase orders and tracking spend
- Nurturing great and mutual relationships with our vendors, and ensuring they meet their KPIs, booking in remedial work where required.
