**Job description**:
K3111 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a market leading arranger of speciality finance programmes; dominant in the card payment sector in their search for a **Customer Services Administrator**.

**Salary**: £23,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid)

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond promptly and completely to both sales and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure phones are answered and messages responded to within a timely manner.
- Processing of direct debit cancellations within the timeframes given.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access etc. to produce correspondence and document and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
- Liaising with external contacts.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Organising meeting rooms and providing beverages where necessary.
- Provide assistance to the Collections Team when necessary.
- General Ad hoc Administrative assistance.
