**So what’s the role all about?**
To support the ICT Applications Manager and NEC Housing Business Analysts with the upkeep of the groups NEC Housing Management System

This role can offer hybrid working, meaning you will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days a week with the rest being from home, however we may need you to be in the office more within your probation, whilst you get up to speed.

**Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include**:

- To assist and develop the groups Housing Management System in all modules
- To provide effective reporting where required
- To provide day to day support on the groups Housing Management system
- To assist and help manage system development
- To assist with user acceptance test scripts and processes during all upgrades
- To work with key colleagues within the group and evaluate current processes
- Ensure any solution design documents are kept up to date
- Be part of the NEC Housing User Groups and attend regular meetings to keep up to date with developments
- To provide help desk and onsite support to colleagues
- To carry out system integrity testing prior to any upgrades
- To assist in evaluating changes to business processes

**To be successful in this role, we’d be looking for the following**
- Good knowledge of Social Housing Sector
- Knowledge of working with all NEC Housing modules
- Excellent system administration with NEC Housing
- Understanding of Housing Management processes
- Experience of creating reports using such tools as Business Objects
