Are you passionate about delivering operational excellence? At PA Housing, we are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team for a 12-month fixed term. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our services align with our organisational people strategy, driving constant improvement and building positive relationships with key stakeholders. You will have proven experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of HR best practices.

**Your Responsibilities**
- HR Generalist Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for HR support across the organisation. - People Management: Provide a comprehensive service to managers in all aspects of people management, ensuring alignment with PA’s Values and compliance with employment law.
- Case Management: Efficiently manage cases including disciplinaries, grievances, attendance, and capability, ensuring accurate and timely completion of associated paperwork.
- Documentation: Maintain HR documentation and trackers, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information for HR KPIs and performance monitoring.
- HR Operations: effective completion of day-to-day operations.

- CIPD Qualified: CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
- Service Excellence: Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable: Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Multi-Tasker: Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience: Proven experience working as an HR professional at an officer level in a people-focused organisation.
