As a Sales Support Administrator you will provide valuable support to both our Technical Sales Engineers as well as our customers, in processing a range of enquiries. No two days are the same in this role and some of the responsibilities include.
- Updating our CRM system and providing information when requested.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Liaising with other internal departments to confirm engineer and equipment availability.
- Providing hand over information to the engineering team, ensuring effective delivery of solutions.
- Carrying out end of contract customer satisfaction surveys.

For this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering good customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Being organised, with attention to detail is essential as well as being able to use Office 365.

The role is office based (Monmouth HQ) with travel to nearby client sites from time to time.
