We're hiring for a **Customer Success Executive - Branding** who will be responsible for the delivery, optimisation, campaign success and reporting of campaigns for clients looking to reach THE’s (and a wider) audience.

This position offers a great opportunity to grow your digital marketing skills while exercising your problem-solving ability and building strong relationships with colleagues & clients in a cutting-edge business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the delivery, optimisation and reporting of on-site branding campaigns.
- Work closely with Account Managers within the Customer Success team and other stakeholders (internal and external) to manage and deliver the end-to-end campaign process.
- Contribute to internal FAQs supporting Sales, Account Managers and Product team interactions with customers.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of customer support processes.
- Ensuring all event project plans are up to date.
- Keeping abreast of current education trends, practices, developments, and regulatory changes, which may impact the way data is presented, entered or interpreted.

- Pro-active in identifying new ideas/trends and how they can be applied to existing campaigns and/or initiated as new ideas for existing clients.
- Analytical from a marketing perspective - able to explain user interactions and how content/campaigns can be optimised and refined to support future success.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of personalities, abilities, and cultures.
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to understand and interpret the links between data and performance.
- Process driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability, innovative at creating solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Be able to act on your own initiative when dealing with issues, and to be proactive in your approach to your work but knowing when to seek advice.
