We supply boilers, air conditioning, PV solar, electric vehicle charging and battery storage via our bespoke CRM which builds all these quotes in under 60 seconds

All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green "Uber Style" Installers App, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day.

**What we are looking for**

This role would be ideal for an experienced recruiter, internal or external with a proactive, solutions-seeking mindset. You will join our NEP Relations team who are responsible for overseeing our multi-trade, UK wide engineering workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recruiting new engineers along with supporting their ongoing relationship with us.

**Duties of our Internal Recruitment Consultant**
- Be the driving force to grow our nationwide workforce across all product types (Gas, AC and PV);
- Work smartly to find and build long term relationships with exceptional professionals;
- Effectively manage and Identify the areas in need of further expansion of workforce, whilst passionately promoting our company brand;
- Achieve recruitment targets, in line with company growth;
- Support the engineers where required with regards to invoicing, system access.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth focused mindset;
- Has at least 2 years experience within recruitment (internal/ external) or relevant experience;
- Experience within the energy sector would be advantageous;
- Confident, personable and builds exceptional relationships;
- Thinks outside the box to develop new and unique recruitment strategies;
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, combined with an eye for detail;
- Driven by results and exceeding targets.
