Recruitment Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team at Rubicon People Partnership. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our recruitment processes and supporting our clients in the Poole area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and book interview slots efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely process for all parties involved.
  • Manage Interview Logistics: Prepare and send out interview materials and CVs to relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Brand Management: Transfer job descriptions, advertisements, and internal documents to new branding standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Document Review: Proactively review interview documents and other materials ahead of scheduled interviews, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within recruitment or HR.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
