**THE ROLE**
We’re looking to expand our busy Sales Team with the appointment of a Customer Support Coordinator. Assisting our valued customers with various motorsport programmes around the world, our Customer Sales Coordinators are at the very heart of our business - providing a high level of interpersonal customer service whilst ensuring our extended family have everything they need to deliver the very best results.
**The role and responsibilities include**:
- Working closely with global teams to provide parts and services.
- Receiving and processing orders.
- Producing time schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Advising customers on products and parts to ensure correct purchase.
- Arranging component rebuilds and scheduling with internal departments.
- Working closely with our Import/Export Coordinator on shipping orders and producing documentation.
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be a well organised individual with an eye for detail as well as an understanding of technical parts and knowledge of commercial invoices.
You should be capable of prioritising busy workloads to meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment, and be a creative thinker with a talent for resolving issues - always keen to seek a positive outcome and involve the right parties with your strong collaboration skills.
This complements strong communication, excellent telephone etiquette, strong negotiation skills and an ability to build strong internal and external relationships which instil a sense of trust and security amongst colleagues and customers alike.
You should have strong computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as an understanding of computerised stock control systems.
Experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage, and you should be committed to delivering a consistently high level of customer service and performance.
