My client are currently on the look-out for a number of Full-time, Inbound Customer Service Advisor's to join their team on a temp on-going basis.

Day to Day Duties

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor your day-to-day duties will include:

- Handling customer service, sales and business to business calls
- Arranging engineer repair appointments
- Process product, spares, and accessories related orders
- Case handling and housekeeping, updating customer details or changing delivery details
- Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve customer queries or product faults
- Advertising products/services on offer and up selling them

Essential Skills

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor you must have:

- Experience within a customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent timekeeping

Desirable Experience

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor it would be desirable if:

- You have a passion for customer service
- You have experience with cross-selling and up-selling

What training is provided?

Full training will be provided for the role, and we can guarantee a supportive team atmosphere to help you to develop your role
