Sales Administrator required for a role in Wembley possible temp to perm

**Your new role**
As an Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include the following: -General Administration -Processing reports
- Compiling reports from data and information
- Compiling electricity usage reports
- Compiling and Processing Invoices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ad hoc operations duties -Filing and archiving
- Organising meetings -Managing diaries and booking appointments
- Dealing with incoming correspondence and responding accordingly
- Recording data
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Must have ability to prioritise workload with strong time management
- Demonstrate high levels of accuracy with a close attention to detail
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks when required -Answering telephones
- Liaising with clients and suppliers Hours: 9am-5pm Required experience:
- Experience in formulating reports from data and processing same.
- Previous experience in Office environment.
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong education levels.
- Excellent communication - verbal and written.
