With a seventeenth century mansion house, formal gardens, pleasure grounds, ancient deer park, and the National Trust’s largest outdoor adventure playground, Belton holds wide appeal and attracts a diverse audience with varied interests. Over half of our visitors are family groups with young children, so they’re a key focus for our visitor programming. What you'll be doing:As part of the Visitor Operations and Experience Team you’ll work closely with colleagues across the property to shape the quality and content of our visitor offer for children and young people.

Reporting to the Senior Programming and Partnerships Officer, your focus will be on creating playful and meaningful experiences which connect visitors to our cause and our stories. You’ll be part of a small and dedicated team which is committed to raising the visitor offer to the best it can be. You’ll co-create with, and be supported by, community partners, our visitors, and National Trust colleagues to ensure that our offer is informed, inclusive, and sustainable.

You’ll be responsible for the operational delivery of our Children and Young People Programme as well as long-term planning. You’ll support the wider team on project work as it pertains to our family audience and the delivery of the property business plan.
