**Job Overview**:
In the role of CSC Facilities Support Team Leader you will be part of and manage a team of 1 CSC Facilities Support Operative, responsible for supporting the needs of CSC Pilot Plant Management team with varied administrative tasks within the Pilot Plant at GSK Ware.

**Main Duties**
- Highlight alarms raised by the Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) to CSC facilities and engineering. Prepare daily EMS reports detailing any excursions for GSK approval.
- Support the transportation and storage of GMP equipment on/off site and complete associated logbook entries.
- Provide administrative support on the Pilot Plant room and equipment booking system (including a check that the Cleaning Verification Protocol for the compound is approved and the requested equipment is available for the required timeslot.)
- Raise requests for swabbing activities in LabWare and update eLogs accordingly.
- Raise Purchase Orders for the procurement of ancillary items and consumables to support the Pilot Plant.
- Generation of orders for consumables on various systems.
- Raise Aria tickets to request Engineering or LIS to investigate issues, faults & breakdowns & subsequent repairs on Pilot Plant equipment & facilities.
- Provide administrative support for the restriction or removal from use of equipment in the Pilot Plant under direction from GSK
- Provide administrative support for the introduction of new equipment to the Pilot Plant under direction from GSK
- Provide eLog support to pilot plant user group
- Act as point of contact for pilot plant to triage any requests for the user group
- Perform administrative tasks to support the facility team (label printing, signage, document archiving)
- Participate in Pilot Plant Continuous Improvement activities under the guidance/direction of GSK
- Provide point contact for all CSC Facilities Support Team activities.
- Line management responsibility for the CSC Facilities Support Team.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum qualification GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English.
- Ability to work supportively as part of a team.
- Ability to work on own initiative within the bounds of local procedures.
- Ability to follow protocols consistently.
- Good communication skills.
- Good safety awareness.
- Previous experience in a GMP environment would be an advantage.
- General good health/fitness consistent with ability to perform all of the above functions
- Good communication skills. Be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner and Customer Service ability.
- Team worker with a flexible approach.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions given in English (in order to be able to perform operations to the required level, with mínimal supervision, and to be able to understand safety signs and notices).
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Working within a high-pressured environment with short timelines and following high compliance.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and the facilities industry.
- Experience of working in an environment where compliance to standards is key.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
