Job Duties:

• Prepare surfaces and apply coats of paint to a variety of structures
• Follow blueprints or instructions to determine the necessary materials and paint colours
• Utilise brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint
• Ensure quality and accuracy in painting and finishing work
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• CSCS card for construction site work
• Proven experience as a painter in a construction setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and quality

Education:

• GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

• Previous experience as a painter in construction

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional training in painting or decorating
• Health and Safety certification

Working Conditions:

• This role involves working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects are required
• Flexible working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines
