Key Responsibilities- Undertake routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
- Assist in the management of contractors and ensure that all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our staff and customers.
- Work collaboratively with the facilities team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
