We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference and Banqueting Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of conferences, weddings, events, and private celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with C&B Supervisors to deliver high-quality conference and banqueting services.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of function rooms and public areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Deliver food and beverage items during events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with colleagues and other stakeholders.
