Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference and Banqueting Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our events team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of conferences, weddings, events, and private celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
  • Work closely with C&B Supervisors to deliver high-quality conference and banqueting services, maintaining the highest standards of attention to detail and precision.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of function rooms and public areas, ensuring a seamless and polished experience for guests.
  • Deliver food and beverage items during events, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, resolving any issues that may arise with a sense of pride and purpose.
  • Maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with other staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
