Facilities Operations Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated Facilities Assistant to contribute to the smooth operation of Chartwells on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a high standard of facility management. Here's an idea of your shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and in a reasonable state of repair
- Assisting the facilities team with contractor control, ensuring contractors are signed in correctly and adhering to site policies and rules
- Opening and/or closing the building where required
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
