About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our Process & Energy team as a Document Controller, focusing on the collection, distribution, retention, and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). You will be responsible for managing site facility drawings and information requests, as well as work processes on large-scale EPCm projects in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all technical engineering, supplier, and third-party documentation, ensuring compliance with document management procedures.
- Handle information requests, coordinate updates to site facility drawings, manage supplier documentation, facilitate data transfer to digital systems, and oversee hard copy archiving.
- Work closely with the Capital Projects Engineering team to ensure seamless document management.
- Develop and maintain effective document control processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Documentum, FusionLive, or similar EDMS.
- Excellent organizational skills and a logical and ordered approach.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
