Document Controller

Wood is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join its Process & Energy team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the collection, distribution, retention, and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). You will also manage site facility drawings and information requests, and work processes on large-scale EPCm projects in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage technical engineering, supplier, and third-party documentation to ensure compliance with document management procedures.
- Handle information requests, coordinate updates to site facility drawings, manage supplier documentation, facilitate data transfer to digital systems, and oversee hard copy archiving.
- Work closely with the Capital Projects Engineering team to ensure seamless document management.
