Document Controller

As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in the Process & Energy team, focusing on the collection, distribution, retention and archiving of documents through Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). You will also manage site facility drawings and information requests, and work processes on large scale EPCm projects in the Life Sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage technical engineering, supplier & third-party documentation, ensuring compliance with document management procedures.
- Handle information requests, coordinate updates to site facility drawings, manage supplier documentation, facilitate data transfer to digital systems, and oversee hard copy archiving.
- Work closely with the Capital Projects Engineering team to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Meaningful and interesting projects delivered to leaders of industry across emerging energy sectors.
