**Your role**
- Are you an excellent communicator, great in building relationships across various levels and able to juggle multiple priorities?
- We are looking for a Client Service specialist to join our Regulatory Transaction Reporting team to:
- act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients to assist them with their regulatory reporting
- build long lasting relationships with our clients and key stakeholders
- investigate queries raised by clients, understand the problem statement and perform root cause analysis, suggest solutions and provide clear and concise summaries
- liaise with various stakeholders across technology, front office, middle office, data management and prioritize issue resolution
- prepare metrics for management to present risk and themes

**Your team**
- We are a high-profile team responsible for ensuring a robust control framework is applied to regulatory transaction reporting for both UBS and our Clients. We collaborate proactively with Middle Office, Technology, Data Management, Front Office and Compliance to manage reporting issues, risks and controls. We provide project consulting services working with our Business partners and stakeholders front-to-back to on-board new reporting obligations, design and implement remediation to address the existing issues.
- The Client Service team provides a single interface for both external UBS clients and the internal UBS Sales team for EMIR and SFTR Regulatory Reporting. In addition, the teams are continuously working to deliver several strategic initiatives aimed at improving UBS reporting and incorporating any Regulatory changes within the industry affecting UBS and client reporting.

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, either in transaction reporting, middle office or a client service role
- regulatory reporting knowledge of either EMIR or SFTR whilst not essential, would be ideal

You are:
- an excellent communicator, able to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders and to present complex ideas in a simple way
- skilled in relationship building and networking, comfortable talking to people and able to navigate conflict or challenging situations
- curious and analytical, you can work well both in a team and independently towards efficient problem resolution
