We are looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to join our dynamic

administrative team supporting the Leadership Team across our Southampton and Basildon sites.

You will be warmly welcomed into the fold and expected to carry out a number of duties, outlined below using your skillset and experience;

**_ What you’ll do as a Personal Assistant;_**
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the relevant VPs on a daily basis
- Diary Management - including forward planning and rectifying clashes, co-ordinating and booking of internal and external meetings (Rooms, Catering, Security etc across all sites)
- Collation and distribution of papers and preparation of presentation material and ensuring actions are completed
- Travel (not limited to flights/hotel /taxi/car hire /visa’s/car parking/PDMS/GT Global tracker, increase phone data abroad)
- Expenses - Monitor, create & submit in a timely manner for relevant VP’s. Check claims on behalf of VP’s.
- Inbox management & housekeeping
- Weekly review/planning meeting with the VP’s you will support

**_ What we need from you:_**
- High level of prioritisation, understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Experience providing support at an Executive level would be desirable
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work on own initiative
- Effective stakeholder management - awareness of other people’s work and how this role can add value
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Able to identify and solve routine problems
- Detailed knowledge of specific processes and a general understanding of the business area
- Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organisation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Awareness of any specific legislation pertinent to areas of responsibility, i.e. GDPR, export legislation
