**About the role**:
As a Sales Compliance Administrator at Sage Homes, the largest provider of new affordable homes in England, you will be responsible forresponding to all enquiries relating to reservations flowing into the business. You will be responsible for managing new sales and completing Anti Money Laundering checks in line with legislation and Sage Homes own policies. You will be required to assist the sales and plot progression teams for general sales paperwork and accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent communicator who has an eye for detail.

This role will be hybrid working with 1-2 days based in our Covent Garden office where you will support the Regional Sales Managers with compliance and administration.

**Key duties**:

- Manage the sales compliance and searches inbox responding to all enquiries on the process of shared ownership.
- Providing support for the Regional Sales managers with compliance and administration.
- First point of contact for incoming sales calls.
- Carry out appropriate AML checks in line with current policy and legislation.
- Create plot sales folders for new buyers and update the CRM system with relevant sales information to ensure accurate creation of primary records.
- Instructing Sage and Customer solicitors through creation of Memorandum of Sale.
- Ensuring CORE data is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customers receive a high-quality service throughout the sales process.
- Perform general office administration tasks as and when required.
- Liaise with our external sales agents to ensure smooth and timely flow of information.
- To carry out weekly meetings with each external agents, and track outstanding documents for each development and reservation.

**About you**
- Experience working within a sales work environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to set own deadlines and work within timescales.
- Good knowledge of the housing sector, specifically the shared ownership sector.
- Ideally good working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Attention to detail and checking data accuracy.
