**Job Title: Finance Administrator**

**Location(s): Hinckley**

Role Objective: (brief summary of key function of role and where it fits into the organisation)

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role of the Finance Administrator is to support the financial team, processing daily transactions and accurately recording data across both UK and USA ledgers.

Key Responsibilities: (list key tasks, responsibilities, deliverables etc.)

Key functionalities are:

- Assisting with reconciliation of Bank accounts
- Processing purchase ledger across both UK and USA subsidiaries
- Chase overdue Invoices and investigate debtor discrepancies
- Pro-actively researching and resolving PL discrepancies in a timely fashion
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Balance sheet reconciliations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: (include generic, specific sector, people management, languages etc.)
- Experience of Microsoft Excel essential
- Previous experience of CRM/ERP system advantageous
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Task management and attention to detail essential
- Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum academic level O Levels, GCSE’s required:
