Sales Ledger Ref code: JAP99094929 Finance Transactional £25k - 28k per year Warwick, Warwickshire, England Permanent Hybrid Working Accounts Assistant required for a company in Warwick. Your responsibilities will be to directly manage the accounts receivable transactions, ensuring they comply with finance policies and procedures and to ensure client invoices are processed and paid in a timely fashion, ensuring all queries are resolved. You will also be assisting and supporting the wider finance team where required. Main Responsibilities: - Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of sales ledger accompanied by appropriate controls and reconciliations. - Take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of outstanding sales ledger balances. - Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Reconcile payments received against invoices and produce aged debtors listing. - Send payment reminders and chasers as necessary, escalating aged debt accordingly. - Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve disputes. - Prepared to undertake ad hoc duties as part of a small team. - Identify and recommend process and system changes. - Assisting with the reconciliation of cashbooks and bank accounts. - Assisting with monitoring Company cashflow and maintaining cashflow records. - Provide support to the wider finance team as and when required. - Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by Management You must have experience in accounts and in particular sales ledger. Any experience of Sage would also be an advantage
