HR Business Partner - Responsibilities and Requirements
- Must have some experience within food service, contract catering, FMCG or retail
- Responsible for the management and development of the people plan delivery including recruitment selection, learning & development, succession planning, supporting the delivery of the people and talent strategy, supporting the benefit positioning etc.
- Conducting and managing the people and compliance audits
- Conducting quarterly succession plan reviews
- Advising Heads of Department on high level ER issues
- Proactively supporting Head of Department in managing short and long-terms absence cases
- Coordinating and supporting the teams pay and bonus reviews
- Ensuring the correct criteria and paperwork are in place
- Proven experience of dealing with various Employee Relations cases (disciplinaries, appeals, grievances etc.)
- Commercially focused in approach with a strong service focus
- Able to build and develop excellent working relationships
