**Educational Enhancement Coordinator**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Virtual School for Children in Care (previously in Care and Children with a Social Worker) as we look to recruit an Educational Enhancement Coordinator to join our Enrichment Team.   

Under the direction of the Adviser, Children in Care (Enrichment and Professional Development Adviser) you will work to create Educational Enrichment activities that provide bespoke programmes and events to impact on the social, emotional and educational outcomes of children and young people whilst celebrating their achievements.

This work contributes to the for Norfolk County Council.

As the Educational Enhancement Coordinator, you will take a specific lead for strategic and practice development:

- To plan and organise all aspects of the Virtual School’s events and educational enrichment offer from conception to completion.
- To provide business support (including related financial processes) for the Virtual School’s Events, Enrichment and Professional Development opportunities.
- To ensure that events and projects support the social, emotional and well-being needs of our cohort and supports educational outcomes.

The role will require signposting to opportunities which could enhance outcomes for young people within the Virtual School remit. The role may require some support with intervention opportunities to enhance educational achievement.
