A luxury, doctor-led skincare brand is looking for a Regulatory Coordinator to be based in Central London. This role will be for 6 - 9 months contract with the possibility of becoming permanent - both part time and full time roles will be considered.

**The role**:
As Regulatory Coordinator, you will coordinate all the technical and marketing compliance requirements associated with the development of new cosmetic products (NPD) and our existing portfolio. This role works closely with NPD functions to ensure products have all relevant technical, regulatory and market compliance documentation in place and ensures the smooth flow of our products to the market. Your key responsibilities will be to:

- Ensure all the product master data is kept up to date
- Manage and maintain the Cosmetic Product Information Files (PIFs) and ensure market compliance notifications (CPNP etc) are kept up to date
- Support the Regulatory & Compliance Manager on current supplier base
- Work with third party suppliers to carry out safety testing (CPSR) for all our products
- Support the Regulatory & Compliance Manager on the Cosmetovigilance process for all products - create monthly updates on product safety issues/adverse reactions
- Keep the lab and production standards up to date (and in date)
