About the Role: A prominent skincare brand is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator/Manager (experience dependent) to enhance their New Product Development (NPD) Team. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days at the headquarters and two days remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regulatory strategy and provide daily support for the development and launch of compliant products.
  • Act as the primary contact for all regulatory inquiries within the organization.
  • Collaborate with external partners for additional regulatory guidance as needed.

Collaboration: The role necessitates close cooperation with both internal and external cross-functional teams. You will liaise with our Responsible Person, regulatory agencies, authorities, and professional associations, including the CTPA, as well as international claims and regulatory groups.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess approximately 3-5 years of regulatory experience within the cosmetic or personal care sector. A degree in Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Law, or Biology is preferred but not mandatory. You should be skilled in analyzing complex data, translating insights into actionable strategies, and effectively communicating regulatory issues to various stakeholders.

Essential Skills: A strong commercial acumen is essential, along with the ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Experience with pharmaceutical regulations is a plus.
