About the Role: A prominent skincare brand is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator/Manager (experience dependent) to become a vital part of their New Product Development (NPD) Team. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days at the headquarters and two days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities: As the Regulatory Coordinator, you will spearhead the regulatory strategy while offering daily support for the development and launch of compliant products. You will serve as the primary contact for all regulatory inquiries within the organization and collaborate with external consultants when necessary.

Collaboration: This role necessitates close cooperation with both internal and external cross-functional teams. You will liaise with our Responsible Person, regulatory agencies, authorities, and professional associations, including the CTPA, as well as international claims and regulatory groups. Being highly organized is essential, as you will need to gather and disseminate technical information clearly and concisely.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess approximately 3-5 years of regulatory experience within the cosmetic or personal care sector. A degree in Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Law, or Biology is preferred but not mandatory. You should be skilled at analyzing complex data, converting findings into actionable strategies, and effectively communicating regulatory issues to both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills: A strong commercial acumen, combined with the ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, is crucial. Experience with pharmaceutical regulations is a plus. If you are passionate about the industry and have a problem-solving attitude, we would like to hear from you.
