Responsable de l'équipe Cost control, vous reporterez au Coordinateur finance et aurez en charges les aspects suivants:
1) Bon déroulement du processus budgétaire et des prévisions moyen terme (MTO):
Annuellement, vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de la rédaction des procédures et du pilotage des exercices budgétaire et MTO, en lien avec les opérations et les projets. Vous êtes responsable de la communication avec les filiales, garant du bon respect des directives et des échéances. En fin de processus, vous supervisez la consolidation des données et élaborez avec votre équipe une synthèse à destination du Management.

2) Elaboration et du suivi des comptes de reporting Groupe (MA):
Mensuellement, chaque filiale élabore des comptes de reporting dans TM1 afin de suivre sa performance: vous serez garant du bon déroulement des clôtures mensuelles. Vous piloterez le processus, fixerez les échéances, vous assurerez avec la personne en charge de TM1 de la disponibilité de l'outil, serez responsable de la qualité de l'information fournie, suivrez la consolidation des comptes de reporting envoyés par les filiales et superviserez la préparation des reportings consolidés.

3) Préparation des présentations ad hoc et de tableaux de bords:
Supervision de tous supports de présentation pour répondre aux besoins du Management à partir des informations pilotées (MA consolidé, Board, présentations financières à des parties externes, etc ).

4) Elaboration d'analyses économiques:
Supervision de la mise en place et de la communication aux filiales de tous les modèles économiques nécessaires au suivi de la performance des projets.
Vous fournirez au Management des analyses économiques et financières nécessaires au pilotage opérationnel et stratégique de l'entreprise (performance financière du groupe à moyen terme, post mortem, évaluation du cout de mise en œuvre du plan de démantèlement,).

5) Répondre aux besoins ad hoc et ponctuels:
Vous superviserez la collecte de tous les éléments nécessaires à la couverture assurance des filiales et des projets. Evaluation et proposition des arbitrages, en lien avec le Management, de la couverture assurance du groupe.
Considérant l'évolution permanente du Groupe et afin de répondre aux besoins des filiales et du Management, vous piloterez ou coordonnerez des projets finance ou transversaux.

Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différents métiers de l'entreprise, pour faire évoluer les procédures, les interfaces et les outils.
Ces projets visent à harmoniser des pratiques, améliorer des processus, automatiser des tâches ou encore faire évoluer ou mettre en place de nouveaux outils. Afin d'avoir un accompagnement continu des utilisateurs de ces outils, vous préconiserez et délivrerez des actions de formation.

Diplômes requis:

- Formation de niveau Bac +5 (Ecole de commerce, école d'ingénieurs, DCG, DSCG)
- Idéalement, double formation Technique et Gestion

Profil et compétences techniques:

- Disponibilité et forte capacité de travail
- Capacité d'organisation et de planification
- Bonne connaissance des métiers et du fonctionnement de l'entreprise
- Compétence en analyse de données
- Bonne culture comptable
- Conduite de projets
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des systèmes d'information : tableurs, bases de données, ERP, TM1
- Capacités rédactionnelles
- Polyvalence
- Anticipation
- Esprit de synthèse et d'analyse
- Rigueur
- Anglais indispensable, l'espagnol serait un plus
