  • Prepare and present monthly reports to key stakeholders on cost control initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Act as a key liaison between the FP&A and Financial Reporting teams, understanding and explaining divergences between reported results.
  • Collaborate with business units and the Procurement function to drive cost savings and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Assist with the improvement and implementation of key accounting modules to enhance the cost control function.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired business units, identifying synergies and economies wherever possible to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a cost control or similar finance role, preferably within a multi-national or global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with accounting modules and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
