The **EMEA Bid Coordinator based in the UK in one of our HQ: Milton Keynes or Barnsley. **Reporting to the International EMEA Bid Manager.

The Bid Coordinator **is responsible for managing and controlling the bid production process** when responding to tender opportunities generated by sales teammates, in line with quality policies and procedures. The role is also responsible for maintaining and utilising a data library of proposals and responses, prioritising proposal production in support of strategic Business objectives.

The **responsibilities** are, including but not limited to the following:

- Support Bid Team activities around answering and supporting client questionnaires and proposals.
- Maintaining bid tools and content library, ensuring that all appropriate documentation is up to date and controlled.
- Collaborates closely with various teams, consulting teams and solution sales teammates to ensure accurate, appropriate and engaging information is included in bid library.
- Suggesting and developing improvements and efficiencies within the tender responses process, continuously delivering high calibre tender responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Industry recognized Certification or Masters Degree preferable.
- 2-3 years minimum experience working on Bids in a Commercial or Enterprise space.

**Additional information**:
Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. However due to the nature of the role, with its international reach and shared project loads - working outside of these hours to service business needs will occur occasionally, and employees are expected to be readily available in these eventualities.
