**The Role**

We currently have an opportunity for an invoice & billing administrator to join our Hall & Kay Team in their Birmingham office (B32 3BU). The role will be general housekeeping of accounts/Invoice processing

**Day to Day**
- Daily entry and processing of Invoices
- Raising and managing queries with suppliers to allow invoice entry
- Supplier statement reconciliations on assigned letters
- Liaise Suppliers to resolve reconciliation related queries
- Liaise with SQC to process resolved invoice queries
- Support authorisation of invoice in line with Delegation of Authority
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested by management

**Skills & Experience**

Educated to GCSE or equivalent

1-year experience in a busy Purchase Ledger Department with particular attention to supplier statement reconciliations

Proficient in the use of Excel to intermediate level.

(Pivot tables and VLOOKUP)

**Desirable Experience**

AAT or equivalent training

Supplier/Customer relationship management experience

Experience of remote working and use of collaboration tools that support paperless working
