**Renewals Administrator required for an ongoing temporary opportunity based in Birmingham City Centre.**

In this role, you will be working within the Billing & Renewals team and contributing to delivering accurate and timely invoicing.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Annual recurring revenue (ARR) and associated renewals. This will include delivering timely and accurate reporting, business intelligence and insightful actionable output to our functional and market teams.

What you will do
- Drive the renewal of contracts to existing customers

To obtain reports of expected renewals and cross check with information for accuracy
- To liaise directly with the end user where appropriate and with the Sales Account management permission to obtain correct information to enable accurate quoting
- To proactively provide quotations for existing support renewals
- Produce timely and accurate quotations based on the requirements
- Form, develop and maintain customer relationships and act as an effective point of contact
- Ensure accurate billing across all sources of billing:

- Recurring billing
- Transactional billing
- Milestone billing
- One-off billing
- Renewals Billing
- Provide the required dataset to ensure that customers are accurately billed aligned to the agreed schedule
- Ensure billing is completed to agreed SLA's

What you will have:

- Proven previous experience in a billing finance role and possess transferable skills and experience
- Interpreting and analysing data - Strong Ability to work with large volumes of data and present complex information in a clear, logical, and concise way
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Be an excellent communicator
- Strong experience of using excel including pivot tables and Lookup capability
- Attention to detail to drive accuracy
