Invoice Query Administrator

Invoice Query Administrator required for an ongoing temporary opportunity based in Birmignham City Centre.

In this role you will be working within the Query Resolution team and contributing to delivering accurate and timely resolution and processing of invoice queries. You will be responsible for undertaking all tasks required to deliver an effective and efficient service to key stakeholders across the business.
- Working as part of a close team, you will:

- Work with stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoice queries
- Use Salesforce to process and correct any invoices in query so that they can be credited and re-invoiced
- Resolve any missing billing requests
- Ensure high billing accuracy and complete in agreed SLAs
- Proven previous experience resolving queries in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience
- Ideally experience of working within Salesforce
- Interpreting and analysing data - strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way
- Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Be an excellent communicator
- Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
- Attention to detail to drive accuracy
