**Title**: Employer Engagement Administration Apprentice
**Location**: Hybrid Home / Cardiff - with Occasional Travel
**Working Week**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
**Salary**: £18,299 per annum plus benefits & 25 days annual leave
**Apprenticeship Qualification**: L3 Business Admin
**Expected Apprenticeship Duration**: 18 -24 months

As our new Business Support Apprentice, you will be required to undertake a number of tasks within the department. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a willingness to learn and develop their administrative skills.

**Day to day you’ll be involved in**:
To deliver consistently high levels of customer service when communicating with participants, Employers, and our supply chain partners.
To provide an exemplary first impression in this client facing role
Manage Employer relationships to a high standard, Data capture accurately and manage the database.
Provide feedback to our supply chain partners in a timely manner.
Resolving issues
Contributing to team responsibilities including writing job specifications, screening participants, supporting on events, training courses, and completing tracker forms
Undertake such additional duties as may be reasonably required, commensurate with the level of responsibility within the area.
