We have an opportunity for a Process Technologist Admin to join our Development team in Cardiff for 6 months.

Finsbury Food Group is a leading speciality bakery manufacturer. The Process Technologist Admin will create factory documentation for new and existing products in line with NPD procedure for all products progressing through the launch process, supporting the process team as needed at factory trials.

This role is based in Cardiff, and is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience with one of the UK’s largest bakery businesses. They’ll work closely with a friendly and engaging team from both a site and group perspective, offering opportunities for growth and long-term career development.

**This is what you’ll actually do**

As the Process Technologist Admin you will assist the plant trials to the agreed procedures, as well as collecting samples for factory documentation QAS, line standards and passports. You will be responsible for raising PO’s on M3 and data entry on Point 74.

The Process Technologist Admin must have an understanding of the production procedure and the effects on the final product, with the ability to work methodically and prepare accurate reports
