Sales Coordinator

**My client is a specialist care agency and have a fantatstic opportunity to join the friendly team as a part time Recruitment, Sales and Bank Team Coordinator.**

**Hours:Part time**
- Your hours: 08:00 - 14:15hrs.
- WFH 2 days per week Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.
- 3 days per week in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working to increase market capture.
- Directly liaising with the clients to fulfil their live recruitment needs. Booking shifts in the database.
- Proactively engaging with the care market to build and grow our network of staff.
- Creating and placing job adverts across specialist media and websites.
- Dealing with all jobseeker enquiries to the business covering domiciliary care, live in care and the bank staff team.
- Completing reference checks and verifying applicant documents.
- Holding the oncall phone for one week, every alternate week.

**Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to be highly resilient to negativity and be at ease to liaise with workers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Previous experience within a fast-paced office (one year of recruitment experience is essential).
- Advanced IT skills including experience in using a database and Excel.
- Superb organisational, communication and listening skills.
- Able to undertake hard work, thrive under pressure and like working to targets.
- Able to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
- Able to hit the ground running.
